Subject: Competitive Rank Issue – Missing from Top 500 in Hero open queue 6v6: Gauntlet
Hello Blizzard Support Team,
I’m writing to report an issue I’ve encountered in the Hero Mastery: Gauntlet competitive mode in Overwatch 2 regarding Top 500 rankings.
I’ve reached Master 5 in this mode during the current season and have met all the requirements to be eligible for the Top 500 leaderboard, which include:
• Playing at least 700 games during the season in this mode.
• Winning at least 50 matches in Hero Mastery: Gauntlet.
Despite fulfilling all the requirements, I have not been placed in the Top 500 leaderboard. I’ve also noticed that other players with lower ranks (such as Diamond or Master 4) have been included.
I kindly request that you review my account and placement status, as I’ve put significant effort into meeting all criteria and feel there may be an error.
