I submitted a support ticket because some of my hero items did not carry over from overwatch 1 (PC) to overwatch 2 (PC). The response I received suggested reporting the bug in-game and told me how (esc > support > report bug), but when I try this, I don’t see either the support or report bug options.
Hi Bonechewer, there seems to have been some confusion with the reply you’ve gotten about reporting bugs.
With Overwatch 2 bugs are reported through the forums as mentioned here.
You can use this link to access the bug report forum to make a report.
I’ve made the same report to the us overwatch forums here (I am unable to report a bug ingame in overwatch 2 PC - Bug Report - Overwatch Forums) with no reply.
