I play on ps4 and after the moira update i couldn’t get the ping to show up anymore. I’ve tried everything I thought to show it but it still doesn’t

There were some changes to how the game measures latency. You can read a bit more about it here.
As a result, the “ping” stat as it was doesn’t exist anymore. However, we have the new “latency” stat. To activate it, you have to go to Advanced Performance Stats, and make sure the option Show Network Latency is activated.

i had the same problem, the latency or “ping” only shows at the top left when in a match.
That’s normal, don’t worry. The game shows the latency values when you’re actually connected to a game server, as you are in match or in the practice range.
Please, be mindful of the date of the thread before posting. We do appreciate that you used the search feature to look for a threat similar to your issue, but when it’s too old, it’s always better to create a new one explaining your case.
