It would be so cool if we could eat and then be full for a whole week before we get hungry again, instead of this whole eating multiple times a day crap.
I read somewhere that crocodiles can eat and then go for 6 months before they need to eat again

Does Roadhog eat meat? I mean surely not pork, unless he’s into cannibalism.
?
He’s a fat human. Not a pig.
Come on, I thought you liked the character.
i think it’s mostly cold blooded creatures that process food more slowly.
why don’t you ask zuckerberg to clone you into one of his lizard people and transfer your conscience to your cold blooded new body?
(lizard zuckerberg joke, i’m not being serious)

Get some glasses, I think you’re blind.

“Roadhog is a tall Australian man with a heavy build. He has white hair tied into a small ponytail, and a dark mask in the shape of a pig to hide his identity. He also has a very big belly with a pig tattoo on it and rings on each of his fingers.”
There is a big clue in the end of his biog.
The did initially design him as a mutant (thanks to where he lived), with a pigs face stitched on… But his final design is just a chonky boy, who turned to murder and wears a pig gas mask to disguise himself.
I would recommend The Art of Overwatch vol 1 and 2 for stuff like this. Nice collectors pieces too.
I have resorted to eating only one meal a day in protest of the human digestive system
Fandom loool. Nice source.
He’s clearly a pig, hence the noises he makes, his nose, his size. But ok then.
It was the easiest place to copy paste it from. It is taken directly from the official art books though.
He’s a dude that that forced out of his home and forced to move to toxic wasteland. And thus started his arc. There are even pictures of him without the mask in the lore.
Or to directly quote you “No-one cares about your opinion.”
bruh, you’re messing up your digestive system, you should eat several times a day, 5 times a day is preferable, small portions but many times keeps your gut running smoothly, makes you healthier overall.
do not fight your biology, i know where it leads and it’s not good.
I recommend 3 portions, and not small ones. breakfast is a must. Eating small portions makes you want to snack more.
5 times is ideal, 3 times is ok, you’re eating about every 6 hours.
it’s doable but it makes you eat bigger portions and that leaves with a very up and down mood and energy.
it’s ok to eat if you burn that energy.
fat is just stored energy.
then why are you not agreeing with me? this is what i’ve been told from doctors and from a friend that’s a personal trainer.
I am a personal trainer… Eating 5 or 3 times a day makes no major difference. If you eat 5 small meals a day, you’ll find yourself feeling hungry a lot of the time, which often leads to snacking, which increases your calorie intake. Obviously if you’re snacking on high protein foods and are bulking, then yeah, 5 meals can work. When it comes to fat loss, 5 meals per day isn’t ideal because of feeling hungry often and tempted to snack more.
It works for some, and doesn’t work for others. It’s all about the individual and how strict they are on their diet plans.
5 times a day stabilizes your insuline levels aswell, but yeah what you eat is important too.
people aren’t ment to eat 3 times a day but that’s just how our days are planned out due to work that’s not how the body usually should operate.
if you don’t believe me, just ask any dietician.
eating 3 times a day sure works if you don’t have the time, but it’s not optimal.
about fat loss, it’s just energy in vs energy out, but even so 5 times a day is proven to be better for your metabolism which makes you better at slimming down, 5 times a day is also healthier for your gut in particular as you don’t stress your stomach with too much food that it’s not able to properly digest and so it goes to waste or makes you stomach work a lot harder than it should be doing.
I would like to be able to hibernate. Unfortunately my body wakes me up after about 9hrs max. I could do with 3 months off the world. Perhaps I should ask doc to induce a coma.

You’re wrong. Metabolism is taken into factor here.
Eating 5 or 3 meals a day doesn’t make much of a difference. As long as you eat right, get the protein and nutrients you need in that 3 meals, you’re good. Like I said, when you eat 5 small meals daily, you get hungry often and want to snack more which accounts to weight gain.
It’s not energy in energy out, it’s calorie in calorie out. Calorie deficit is key to weight loss. If you eat less calories than what you burn in that day, you lose weight.
I studied this and I’m qualified so I do know what I’m talking about.
