I go into a game, but my screen is on home screen

I didn’t know whether to put this on tech support or here, but i decided to put it here.

I was just palying some comp, close to breaking 3.7k, and then I go into the game. Unfortunately, a glitch occured, which meant that though i could hear all the sounds within the game, and voice chat etc, my game didn’t load, instead it left me on the home screen with the hero gallery and stuff. I couldn’t dont anything but speak in voice chat at type. I disconnected due to inactivity and lost 50sr that i spent two hours trying to gain. Now im suspended for 8 minutes and I’m writing this.

I know i can’t do much about it, but perhaps it is something for the devs to look into. They probably already are though. I just wanted to post this to get peoples attention just incase its not a well-known bug.

This sounds like a bug and bugs are better reported on the US forum’s Bug Report section. This EU forum doesn’t have Bug Reports section.
