Sorry you had to deal the person above. They sound really annoying. Anyway, the report system is very broken. I’m usually a vey respectful person, i got level 5 endorsement, yet i get perm suspended after 7 years of me playing this game 
Don’t be pissed off. Blizzard just does its job automatically. I’ll tell you the hottest thing now. I was muted for 2 weeks. After 1 week my account was suspended because of abusive chat.
