I got silenced for being reported. How can I have access to chat logs related to my reports? I suspect I just got reported out of spite because I’ve had some bad matches and dropped a few ranks. No, I don’t want to appeal the silence yet, I just want to get the chat logs.
Submit ticket. Appeal multiple times. And eventually, if you’re lucky you might get something

Keep going. Eventually you’ll either get what you want, or someone will say go away

I’ve got the same problem since today and also received a bot answer 
To answer your question: when Blizzard offered to retrieve the stored data about their customers, I requested my data out of interest. There you can also see your chat (only what you have written).
You may request your data here: Blizzard Support - Want a Copy of my Data (click on “submit a data request”).
This may take some days but you’ll get a password in your ticket and a download link with an email as far as i can remember.
