I Have Problem With Visual effects

Hi…
Something is wrong…i can’t see some Visual effects in game …like :

  • Tracer Blinks or recalls
  • Sombra ULT Visual effect or her other abilities

also when i use HPpacks ,i don’t see any Healing visual effect
I USED Scan and Repair Option…also did Uninstall/Download again/Re-install
Still Same Problem…I Thought that it’s a connection problem but that happen when everything is totally Fine and that makes me impossible to play effective…
Help plz

This could be caused by a performance or connection issue. Let’s start with some troubleshooting for performance issues.

Make sure both your operative system and drivers are up to date:

Make sure you deactivate Xbox DVR:

Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/34721

Repair the game:

Close background applications to make sure there’s no other program interfering with the game:
