For about a year or so, now, I keep having crashes when playing Overwatch, usually after about 1-3 games.

Sorry to hear that you’ve been crashing. I had a look into the crash and it does appear that your AMD drivers are simply crashing. More specifically does look like it may be the AMD relive overlay acting up.
We’d suggest clean install your AMD drivers:
- Click Accept and Custom Install
- Click Install Radeon Software
- Click Clean Install
note this will require a restart of your PC, please save any open documents or files
If the issue persists, please ensure relive is disabled in your task scheduler:
- Open the Windows search bar
- Type Task Scheduler
- Find Start DVR
- Right-click and choose disable
