I keep getting one month suspensions

In the last few months I keep noticing my account getting suspended for 2 weeks or one month and it never says why, just abusive chat.

I never insult anyone, I don’t join vc any more. The most I say in chat is stuff like let’s group up if we wanna win, stay together, etc.

It’s just ironic because I’ve been playing since season 5 and have seen the worst and most toxic behavior in online play in OW more than any other game I’ve ever played online, racism, bullying, etc, and now I keep getting banned for suggesting the team groups up and stays together. Not one insult at all. Woke up today to see a one month ban and I’m just confused why.

Any ideas?

Best suggestion I have is don’t play .

Wait for the game to be fun, then you’ll have less frustrated, immature, “people” to deal with. And it’ll be less problematic.

Trust me, not playing OW is very easy at this point. The game is a shadow of its former self for me. I guess I’m just curious if people getting banned for nothing, maybe hurting someones feelings saying group up, is happening to others too or if this is just me.

If Blizzard had chat logs I would copy paste all my chats for the last month. All you’ll see if me telling people to group up, or if I have grav and our hanzo wastes his dragon instead of comboing I might ask why didn’t you combo? Could have got an ez team wipe!

Stuff like that, like I voice my opinions but never insult anyone.

Am I really getting mass reporting for telling people to group up and combo minus any actual insults? If so I think if I ever play again I have to completely turn off chat and vc and just not engage with this community ever again, even though it’s competitive. It’s like anything I say I hurt someones feelings and end up banned.

Mass reporting isn’t a thing, it’s not how it functions. But if you’re if you’re criticising people in game, you’re leaving the door wide open for them to report.

If it goes wrong. Just move on. No point saying anything.

Honestly that’s some good advice

If there are any Blizzard employees or staff here with access to my account, feel free to provide any chat logs, evidence, anything that could shed some light on these random one month bans that come out of nowhere

Game is heavily censored to make you weak soy beta cuck obedient slave to control you.

Speak your mind and uninstall when you get banned come back if you care later.

Never change yourself to be slave of corporation.

Mass reporting is a thing, and everyone knows about it.

No ‘single’ report is picked up by the automated system. It won’t trigger until a certain amount of reports have been sent in, which i believe is the magic number 5.

So if you’re up against a 5 stack and they all report you for whatever reason, you’ll get suspended. Happened to me after rolling a 5 stack in QP. Used nothing but emotes as i had my chat turned off. Came back the day after and got hit with a 2 week suspension for ‘toxic chat behavior’.

well yesterday my team mass reported me for being “afk” and “win trading” despite not being afk once and having a higher k/d than every single one of them.

Today I logged in to a warning for reports.

It is a thing and I wont be abused in silence while I still have chat permissions., which will most likely be taken away again very soon.

Yeah. You will get warnings for reports. But everyone in 1 match reporting you only counts as 1 match reported.

So to be warned, that means you’ve been reported in a few matches in a relatively short period of time.

I won’t tell you shouldn’t. But yes, you will probably have it taken away quicker than they will.

probably from multiple games yes, because people are toxic af and start to point blame 30 seconds in to match if the first team fight was lost and then don’t like my responses.

I dont start anything IG, ever (ok well 99% of the time, I have had moments). Only respond.

If someone is being a bit of a tool in game, just don’t engage at all. Even if it is directed at you. No point. If someone is being that angry and toxic towards you on the internet, they’ve already lost. Just laugh at them and leave them be. (while reporting them).

Honestly this is probably the best thing to do, but I find that really difficult, if you start something you should be prepared for return fire.

Totally understandable. Only human nature to watch to punch back.

Just look at some of the laughable abuse I get on here. I’ll find a better way.

I have noticed, I believe that is because most people come here to vent frustrations at blizzard and from what I have seen you are normally quick defend them, you then make yourself the target of those frustrations. Not saying it’s right but I believe thats why.

I never defend Blizzard, they’ve done nothing worth defending. I will say when I disagree with someones point. But they are tilted and can never see the difference. Is what it is, they are just wasting their own time attacking me.

This game’s reporting system is so effed up. With so many people complaining about irrelevant chat bans, some people still refuse to believe how effed up it is.

My suspension was over (totally deserved) and I wasn’t aware that I was able to totally turn-off text-chat and I think I was asking for heals from support with only 800hps at the almost end of the game, and his party reported me for being toxic. They literally said that in text chat. Not surprised, I was suspended again shortly after and the suspension was way longer than the last time. I’ve reached their support, they have investigated and it’s been revoked. Why? Because they were stewpete enough to say: “We’ll mass report you and you’ll get banned” on the chat. (If you guys are here, thanks for the evidence) But I know so many cases, there is nothing that you can prove your innocence because of their “AI” powered reporting system. Its algorithm works like this: “Oh look his teammates reported him so he must be guilty, let’s bring the banhammer!”

I can only suggest you either stop playing or go to settings and totally turn off both VC and TC. This way, you can also stop yourself from typing something punishable after a rage moment with an immediate response.

Cuck Fommunication in this game, no one needs it anyway unless your MMR is good enough to play high-rank games. Otherwise, it is just a junkyard and you are talking to trash.

People abuse the report system. Here’s how it works. Some toxic teammates criticize you; you respond and defend yourself, maybe call out their shortcomings; the little toxic babies snitch to Blizz. Rinse and repeat a few times == you’re banned for a week. Then Blizz Support will refuse to tell you what you did, provide chat logs or any proof.

I just learned to turn off chat.

If you flame me in chat, I ignore you. Not because I’m afraid of you, but because if I reply to you, you report me like a baby.
