I keep having Frame Rate Issues yet im Running an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

i dont know what to do. ive read reviews of this Graphics Card and ive read some forums about this card or something close and yet the game will hardly run with the proper Framerate even on the medium setting. i also cant change my laptops battery settings to run more performance and its stuck on battery saver mode.

Kishiimaru, make sure you close all background applications (you need to perform a selective startup) and then create a new admin account and use it to adjust your power management settings and launch Overwatch.

if baterry saver is not lit it is not on.
Dont worry i have shutters sometimes on 1070
OW doing something bad to videocard mostly on laptops since i had “rendering device lost” on modern drivers up until i had memory and core declocked 100mhz and no i wasnt overheating

well where it shows my battery life down at the bottom right of the screen it shows that battery saver is on when my laptop isnt plugged in and charging. but when it is charging it still runs at low preformance

Have you tried what Vyraneer suggested? Closing background applications, for example, can help.
