I have no clue what is happening, but I was banned, and the reasoning is my actions were against the terms of service, and I resubmitted a ticket to explain what I had done wrong. The issue here is when I did this, I send two separate tickets of the around the same issue. At around 8 am the same automated response without any reason was replied for both, and the suspicious part is that they were both instantly responded to. If we are going to automate the bans can you at least tell me what I did wrong instead of saying ‘we are unable to tell you for your own privacy.’ what the actual does that even mean you guys are the ones locking me out of my account.
Don’t even waste your time dude. Blizzard can ban you, not tell you what you did, not give you any evidence/chat logs and give you a generic bot response multiple times if you put in a support ticket.
I would just wait the ban out. You’re wasting your time putting in support tickets.
Even if blizzard do give you a reason and its complete and utter bs they still won’t admit their system is broken, one of my highlight messages after a month of actually trying to get the chat logs was “we have a sombra, tracer, ball on defense” and " report (username) hes a white supremacist". The self admited white supremacist didnt get banned but i did for calling him out?
