So I saw on Twitter Overwatch Cavalry profile that Iced Zarya is available for redemption when purchasing 500/1000 coins pack by Microsoft Rewards, but in my account, I can only see the 200 coins pack and I have no clue why or where the 500/1000 packs are? I don’t know if this is a me issue or it is how it is because they ran out of codes and are waiting to refill? Or…? If anybody could redeem it, why, what did you do? 
They aren’t available all the time. Sometimes it’s just 1000 and the next day all packs are available. Just keep looking every day.

Oh no, I knew about them not being all the time and being refilled, but since they launched this promotion I assumed they would be for everyone? In NA seems they could redeem it already.

No it’s never for everyone. The US, Canada (but not Québec) and sometimes Japan tend to always have cool stuff
