If you refunding for Dj Lucio skin , you should also refund for other skins as well.
In the future, if someone purchases skins and you give them away for free a few months later, people should be eligible for a full refund or you should create a skin ticket system where they get a ticket for purchased skins so they can buy different ones.
For now, I would like a refund for the 3 skins I purchased: D.Va Turtle Ship, Cleric Lifeweaver, and Aztec Sombra, which were given away for free within a few weeks after I purchased them.

Why do you care so much about skins? They are nothing more than digital clothes. They have no utility at all. Do you realize one day you’ll eventually stop playing this game or have this game cancelled and then all the money you invested will be wasted? Or even worse, get caught by their automated report system and have your account banned for good.
Also Blizzard is doing nothing usefull with that money, possibly giving mostly of it to shareholders. You just saw yesterday, they not even have real news about cheating/report, they didn’t even worried to write a proper annoucement about it, mostly sure that text was wroten by IA or an intern.

The rest of what you said just feels like angry forum waffle. But yeah, caring so much about skins in a game they say is full of cheaters is strange.
