Does anyone know about why is there such an imbalance in the teams?
This is not just biased perception. Checking for example the recent games I can see that in 10 matches I lose like 8+ in a row.
Why does this happen?
It is clearly matching me with very inexperienced players against an entire experienced team.
And don’t tell me I’m hallucinating, because this has been happening more and more lately.
Why would Blizzard ever do that when they can easily balance the teams evenly?

The fact most people are not here complaining about this shows that its not actually the case mate. You’ve had some bad luck is all. We all get moments when we are playing with teammates who dont do their part and teammates who blame everyone else because they cannot be at fault

I play on PC, Switch and PS4 and even though i’m a high gold player, I see exactly what you are saying. This has been happening to me too often and some of my friends as well, but I don’t have an answer for you.
I think you do not read the forums often 
Cause they are plenty of people and posts the last week who are complaining about the leveling balance between teams these days.
Don’t check only Europe servers… European servers are pretty dead. The U.S ones from the other hand…
I’ve explained this so many times before… levels do not matter. Gold border does not mean you’re better than a bronze border, it just means you’ve been playing longer.
Are you being serious now? We are not talking about 1 bronze star vs a silver or gold level portrait… we are talking about 10+ raw level players who are being matched with bronze (a lot stars), silver, gold etc. If that account is not a smurf… it is a new player… how a new OW player is at the same experience level with a 400+ hours OW player???
If you find yourself continuously losing games, maybe YOU are the problem friendo.
Some old players just suck. Some new players are good. Your MMR is what determines matchmaking, not your level. If you play well, you will be matched with good players.

You have to improve to stay at your current rank. If you don’t improve, your rank will decay over time because the playerbase as a whole is getting better over time. If you don’t believe me - go watch some vods from gm/t500 players in 2016. They are basically equivalent to diamonds now.
