Hello there. I just got removed from my own custom game when playing hide and seek. It kicked me for inactivity (because I’m playing hide and seek). This makes no sense so I think there should be an option to turn off automatic inactivity kicks in custom games. Also the fire dome game mode on PTR made by blizzard doesn’t seem to be working (as in you can’t start the game, just skirmish) but I’m sure they’ll fix that when the workshop system goes live. That’s all I have to say, have a good day everyone!
Inactivity prevents players from keeping open game modes and not actually doing anything inside. I’m sure there are ways it could be abused to farm xp as well.

Well if XP couldn’t be gained then I suppose that’s one less incentive to even go in to Custom Game to begin with. Levels give you lootboxes so that’s that.
I can’t imagine that anyone (beside the afk XP farmer) join custom games for XP.
I join them to have fun screwing around (like hide and seek)
QP/Arcade are like 100 times better in collecting loot boxes, but I guess everyone would start crying if they remove XP…

Those are just cosmetics, and also you should have a OPTION, not being no xp always, or being kicked for inactivity. This would really help the part of the community that play hide and seek.
If you didn’t know, if you type in chat, it counts as “activity.” So you can hold still and type something like “You’ll never find me!” periodically and you won’t get kicked.
