I don’t think you can reach them by phone.
You need to open a customer support ticket, but most likely you’ll receive an automatic response.
Some people can finally reach a real staff member after opening multiple tickets, but then according the way you explain yourself and the staff mood, either you’ll receive usefull information either a threat of completely close your battlenet account for all games.
It was precisely because I was fed up with their autoresponders that I wanted to contact their staff by email or phone. They have permanently banned my ow account for no reason and I get the same response forever after multiple complaints, which is a serious violation of my rights. I even wanted them to tell me a specific reason for the ban, yet all I got was always an automated response.
Try send more, some people need finally reach a staff member after 10 tries or something…
