Instead of nerfing Brigitte's shield bash cooldown maybe change its broken functionality?

If Rein charges another Rein who responds with charge both get knocked out.

If Rein charges a Doomfist who responds with Rocket Punch both get knocked out.

If 2 Doomfists Rocket Punch each other at the same time they both get knocked out.

If Brigitte Shield Bashes a charging/punching Rein/Doomfist she stuns them.

What gives?

blizz is really becoming incompotent with what they do, i feel like they made some changes in the team a year ago , correct me if i am wrong but it just feels like it, game is going down hill so fast for me and everyone i know.
