I was wondering what is happening to the blizzard customer support. They say that tickets when you issue a ticket it should be replyed to in 24 hours, however I currently have a ticket that is already 3 days old without anyone answering. I wouldnt be surprised if this had to do with the blizzard lay-offs though. Something like bla-bla-bla customer support isnt important cause they arent making games so get rid of them for profit.
They all got fired the other week. It is being outsourced. Probably going to be a bit messy for awhile on that front.
