Dude, I noticed the same! Over the past week I’ve been playing a lot of ranked trying to establish myself in Diamond. I get maps like Route 66, Busan, Lijiang & Anubis and Dorado several times a day but no Numbani. IDK if it’s a bug, it has to be though cause I am getting the same maps over and over so surely in a week of play I would have gotten Numbani at least once!

There is new feature implemented last patches: map-based-match-making. It means if person constantly throwing certain maps he never gets game there.
Pretty sure Numbani is removed or disabled at the moment
A bunch of OW personalities are trolling on twitter posting messages like “Haven’t seen Numbani in 2 weeks, what’s up with that?”, so I’m pretty sure something’s gonna happen, just don’t know what yet.
