OW vets are no stranger to Rein’s shatter being bugged, but I’m pretty sure this might be one of the stranger ones I’ve seen.
Enemy Rein in my last game did one swing → shatter and it killed me from full hp as Moira. The kill feed showed shatter with the headshot icon. I’m not sure if this is a visual bug of some sort or it actually was the shatter headshotting. Has anyone else run across this?
