This is not the first time I feel like matches are filled with bots.
They pick DPS heroes and do no damage while enemy team is a team filled with real humans. They pick Support roles and when you ask them to heal you, they ignore the call completely.
Like seriously.

remember that majority of players have all comms disabled due to last report policy
so everyone play just as they want
I’ve had a few games where I am sus of this. I have captured a replay code for the purpose of Blizzard investigation should they want to review it.
Personally, Blizzard have ruined all synergy in this game. You can see this just by how the comms are just non-existant when compared to OW, or other games.
The lazy automated report system made ppl scared to use comms out of their own discord, etc.
They toned it down alot in the past 2 months, but once you lose a main account as old as the beta, full of unique achievements and cosmetics, you will never touch comms again in this game.
