When that skin came out if you used it you would shatter faster it would seem or maybe the voice line was delayed which made it harder for the enemy Rein to block it, is that still a thing?
It was a thing that the voice line the enemy team heard was much shorter and quieter.
This was “fixed” within a few days if i remember rightly.
