Short answer: Probably NO. Too much work for too little gain.
Long answer: They already brought back the stacks that went over to Rivals with the event as it seems. For how long, no one knows. Enough to save the management position, at least. They will not risk putting money into development of customization features as long as it is not needed (f.ex. competition does it).
