Was the sojourn an aimbot, really sus because her normal attack was really random but could hit every head shot.
Not got time to watch the code.
But if they aren’t aim botting in the primary fire, the changes are, they aren’t on the rail gun.
Also with remembering, the rail gun has an annoyingly forgiving hit box. Sometimes it is harder to miss.
Hmm… I watched most of it… but I don’t really see it. Am I missing something?
You are not. This use posted these twice on the US forums. The mods removed it.
I checked every single moment of kills or not. I personally don’t think there was any aimbotting in that Sojourn. in percentage terms I saw a certain fairness in the number of times she did headshots and bodyshots when she hit someone with her secondary fire.
she had a pretty decent aim, but not flawless. from how she plays I think she was used to playing as a sniper: she tended to aim for distant targets, and was very careful to release the strongest shot as high as possible from the enemy’s hitbox. it’s a pretty obvious muscle memory for those who are used to playing with widowmaker or hanzo. What confirms this for me is the continuous confrontation with the enemy Widow, with Sojourn it is not very easy due to the delay of the bullets, unless you have taken enough secondary fire charge previously. the real difference was mercy, she supported her for almost the entire time with damage boost.
but it’s definitely not an aimbotting of any kind . there were no suspicious dashes, and frankly her targets were pretty predictable in their movements in the map (little use of map covers, zero use of their tank protection).
I finally think that she could be easily countered from the back. she was too often on the roofs (once again, a habit of a sniper player), which could have given the opportunity to take a slightly longer route to then attack their mercy from behind.
I hope this is helpful.
