I lost my 3 years of progress now (skins, career info) can you please fix this?
I’m sorry, same here. I’ve been playing on Xbox for more than 2 years and the game says that my account merge/migration has happened I didn’t get anything…
When I tried to do it (account migration option in menu) it said to close the game, so I closed it. When started back up the account was connected to the microsoft, (which I created the profile with) but got nothing, this was 4 weeks ago.
I hope Blizzard does something, they really screwed this up.
PS, theres nothing about these kind of problems on the “official game” forum, just here as community problems.
