i lost all my items i had on overwatch 1 I was a hardcore player and lost everything. i added phone number than I saw I had lost everything so idk maybe someone can help with getting it back please

please ensure that you are logged into the correct Battle.net account.
If that is the case, this is a known issue and is currently being investigated.
Known Launch Issues
- Some players who merged their PC and console accounts are seeing an “Unexpected Server Error”
- Some cosmetics, items, and currency that players own are not showing up in their collections
- Some players are experiencing server disconnects
