Kinda getting tired to hear this ‘‘voice line’’ from every genji/hanzo/widow main. Who refuses to pick something other then his own selfish character. And the rest follow up with other, selfish characters. You, the solo tank vs the world. Have fun.
No. Its not ONLY quick play, it’s not meant to be a place to d@#k around, neither it is a place to be filled with ranked stress. Its a place where you can go play the game, just for the sake of playing, but playing it PROPERLY, 2-3 tanks, 2-3 healers, 1-2 dps. That’s all, plain and simple.
If you want to d#%k around there’s always arcade for that, go ruin your own game with picks that need skill way beyond of what you can muster. The very few days when the endorsment system kicked in, me, and a lot of people ENJOYED quick play once more, people were happy playing quick play once more. You could berely see those selfish picks anymore, but as all good things do, there came an end, the hype for the endorsements, and the lil bastards came back in droves… And now with the private profiles they can mascarade themselves, or as i seen it recently, switching from a widow to mercy at the very last second before the game finishes, to wrack up those points.
Rant over, going to nap frustration off. Screw humanity.
They don’t endorse you either no matter what if you play tank or healer, really demotivating and starting to piss me off i avoided qp already before cos of double sniper but now that went to competitive im really burning out fast.
The only way people will play decent team comps/try to win in QP is if they care about the result. If people care about the result that much some will be intense/get angry/toxic. You want best of both modes.
I only play QP to warm up or try new heroes, the proper game is Comp in my opinion.
You’ll have to remember that the same ToS applies to both competitive and quickplay. The ToS indirectly demands players to play for a victory. If somebody refuses proper teamplay and continues to say stuff like “iT’s JuSt Qp” they’re eligible to be reported for Gameplay Sabotage which you should report them for.
There’s pretty much nothing else you can do about it except block/avoid to dodge these players in the future.

Behavior that intentionally detracts from others’ enjoyment (such as griefing, throwing, feeding, etc.) is unacceptable. We expect our players to treat each other with respect and promote an enjoyable environment.
Though that begs the question, if the widow main has fun playing widow but someone is demanding them to switch, isn’t that player ruining the windows enjoyment?
Is the enjoyment of the widow main or that of the other player more important.
Then there’s the situation when multiple players complain…
As you said, they may be having fun but they are actively hindering the fun other players may get; those who want to play the game as it was designed to be played without the stress and toxic behavior inherent to a competitive game mode.
If the Widow intentionally detracts from others’ enjoyment and then you suggest them to stop which detracts them from their enjoyment, the cause for the dilemma is still the Widow player. Also neutral is respectable and enjoyable as far as the officials are concerned with the exception that profanity even when used in a neutral/casual tone is bad.
