Just asked for phone number and it logged me in. One of my other friends has nothing as well, and another got lucky and is able to play ranked as we speak. I think a lot of people lost everything. Fingers crossed they resolve soon.

Same as everyone on here, downloaded Overwatch 2 after not playing for some years. Got the prompt to merge my account with my battle.net account, open the game and get treated like a new player with nothing transferred over. I checked and my PS5 has the overwatch save data transferred over so everything previously on the console from my PS4 should of been recognised!

I dont have any skins, no player history, no rankings, it forced me to do the tutorial
I have my battle.net friends though.
Dont even have any of the watchpoint stuff i purchased too, skins / battlepass.

Wont be playing this game if they dont sort it out.

Same here, Iā€™ve been playing overwatch for four years consistently because even though blizzard had let us down in some areas I still love the game and continued playing religiously and now even after merging and opening overwatch 2 I have nothing unlocked, nothing at all. If I donā€™t get my progress back then I have basically wasted god knows how many hours. I pray I get my progress back. PLEASE BLIZZARD PLEASE.

Same here, I downloaded OW2 - followed the QR code steps to link my Xbox account again to the BattleNet. I loged in and my configs are there however I have none of my skins and unlockables - I had to redo the ā€œtrainingā€ as if I was a new player. Do you have an update on this topic ? thank you.

This happened to me as well. Had the original on Xbox One. Boot up and installed it on my PC since I heard it was merged now. Thinks I am a full new player. Years of Cosmetic, Skins, and stuff just gone. Tried going over to the main account on my Xbox One. Same thing, everything gone. This better be fixed and soon!

Yep same here, been playing OW1 for so long and was hoping to come onto OW2 with all of my progress only to be met with nothing. So safe to say I wont be playing the game if all of my progress is lost just like that

Just to add to the growing list of people, I also lost everything. Over 1000 hours on Xbox OW1 and after suffering through the queue bugs last night, finding Iā€™d lost literally everything was a kick in the teeth.

Really would like some acknowledgement/info on this as soon as. I am still playing with friends anyway. hopefully that doesnā€™t mess with things further :confused:

Server issues and stuff are a staple of the times but ya, this is just irritating.
