I just loaded up the game not long ago and half of my heroes are locked. They weren’t when I was on it like two hours ago. Wtf is going on? I’ve been playing since 2018 and have spent a lot of money on this game just for this to happen.

All skins disappeared from my Overwatch 2 account and I’m sure of my account

Bought Watchpoint two months ago.
I still haven’t got it or the premium battle pass and the 2k coins.

Unfortunately, its still a problem for some players who bought the pack including me, i got all the skins except the two new ones and the 2k coins and battle pass.

Anyone else still having issues with watchpoint pack and not having battle pass?
I’ve done around 15 hours game time and still haven’t received my premium battle pass. I paid for watchpoint months ago.

So my account finally merged, but i am still missing all my skins. Kiriko is also still locked.

I logged into overwatch2 earlier and I found my account empty and me missing all the skins and heroes I could use a day ago I hope this is fixed

Same here- No skins, no heroes, level 1. No stats, etc. Not worth restarting. Have to say, this might be one of the worst releases in history. I understand server and login issues, happens all the time. But losing everything seems like it should have been prevented.
