You do know what his job is, right? He doesn’t make the game, I doubt he even has much saying in making the game. His job to us is basically telling us about the game, being the face of it. That’s it.
And about the problems you’re complaining about; they don’t exist.

We all know jeff doesn’t read anything but Reddit, that’s also why the game is trash now. Reddit has a track record of destroying game balance for multiple games.
Reddit always pushing to NERF everything, or straight up remove your ability to think for yourself because ‘‘i had a game with 6 dps so now all OW players should be punished’’
The irony is that the only oppressive thing in overwatch is Redditors pushing for an ashen grey bland game where there is no choice, everything is dictated before you even log in.
well, upto now there are no signs of everything being nerfed, what we’ve seen is rather powercreep, exact opposite of what you claimed.
Power creep has nothing to do with constant nerfs to the point heros are not picked anymore…which yeah if you haven’t noticed that’s happening, take another look.
Brig, Mercy, Junkrat and DVA called and told me to ask you what the hell you are talking about.
Powercreep is having Winston being the designated ‘‘Mobile tank’’ and then adding Hammond who is flat-out faster stronger and does everything better than Winston making him a throw pick.
Edit: just came back from PTS, you can add Doom to the list of heroes that got crapped on soon
