Just placed 5W and 5L to then get down ranked (was 94% up on the rank).
How can a draw on the placements result in a downrank? What the hell have Blizzard changed?

The whole system will be partially scrapped in season 9, i don’t think any changes or adjustment will happen in the mean time.
It will be good to see the % move per match. Hopefully whatever is making a win downgrade, it will be visible to us so we can report such defects.
At the moment we can just report of the placements. Hopefully they’ll review.
The new system did look promisingly detailed. We just have to hope it’ll feel good and actually be bug free.
