Just placed 5W and 5L to then get down ranked (was 94% up on the rank).
How can a draw on the placements result in a downrank? What the hell have Blizzard changed?

If your disconnect was also in there, that’ll be why as you left a match.
Really doubt that would be an issue as I returned to the match and won it. I did not abandon it according to the history.
Once you leave, I don’t you’ll get any benefits from the match if you return and win. Probably goes down at a loss underneath while showing as a win.
I didn’t leave. Blizzard servers went down given the amount of reports it had, I then rejoined before the leave timer. Overwatch should not disconnect. CS doesn’t. Dota doesn’t R6 doesn’t. Fifa doesn’t It’s just poor Blizzard design again. Hopefully they’ll review this and fix it accordingly. They’re useless.
I’ve had matches recorded as abandoned when my team had a leaver, or 4 leavers, it counted as abandoned rather than a loss. Still not fixed. Likely affected my SR greater than what it should have.
