I know this will not concern pc players but please still comment n stuff so this post gets some regognition. on Xbox Microsoft have made keyboard and mouse free to play so you do not need an £100 adapter therefore this levels the Xbox playing ground so please blizzard add key board and mouse support in because the reason for not adding it before was that it was unfair but now every1 can do it so pleassssee add it

Are there any plans for implementing this? All that needs to happen is for support that’s already there to be enabled so Xbox players can play mouse and keyboard with other mouse and keyboard users. Helps cross play too.
I don’t think they will add it KB+M support on consoles,
It’s an advantage that most consoles players don’t have
It’s like how they don’t give a higher FOV when you use a 21:9 monitor, as for things like Mcree ultimate the wide screen and higher FOV would be an advantage and much like a KB+M if you have the money you can buy it, but until a huge amount of the playerbase uses it I can’t see them implementing it.
Couldn’t they do the Fortnite approach where if you connect a mouse and keyboard you’re then connected to other m+kb players e.g pc players?

I think the better solution would be adding a scanning feature that mark certain players as kb+m players.
And add them to a pool for other Kb+m players.
They already do this with mobile phone emulators such the pubg mobile game.
If you emulate it on your pc you will flagged as a emulator and you will only be paired against other players with an emulator.
And this can be easily done on the consoles.

They should still add m+kb support though so Xbox players get the chance to experience it
