Kicked on loading screen of certain maps and scanning + repairs loop

Hi, i usually dont have problems when it comes to playing games but for the last week or so i have been getting stuck on the loading screen for specific maps, in my case hollywood and dorado and with all the other maps working fine i dont know why only 2 maps would cause this glitch from this happening i have lost 150sr in the past 2 days. After this happens i usually rage quit and close overwatch once i do this on my battlenet overwatch tab it comes up as scanning and repairing. It says it should take 5-30 minutes to repair but as it is looping it never does it just causes my apps to all crash i have waited up to 2 hours at some points to wait for it to fix but it never does it just starts again and again, i have looked up any solutions to these problems and tried the little i have seen but none of them work

That said, you don’t specify which troubleshooting steps, you’ve tried to this point, so I’m going to suggest some that can help with issues like yours.

Make sure both your operative system and drivers are up to date:

Make sure you deactivate Xbox DVR:

Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:

Delete the Battle.net Tools folder:

Repair the game:

Close background applications to make sure there’s no other program interfering with the game:

If the issue persists, please create your DxDiag and MSInfo files:
