Challenge is activated, and though progress on wins states 34/35 when clicked on shows that it’s 35/35
I’ve won multiple matches in the correct categories and been on and off the game, and still not unlocked her. Other heroes are fine and I’ve unlocked some.

Definitely sounds like a bug. Send a support ticket with the pictures and maybe they can manually unlock her for you.

Thanks Hieiko I’ve done that but this doesn’t sound like a one off. a lot of reports of people stuck with the same wins bug on a variation of characters.
Yeah, which is why you should let support know and they can forward the info.
Another option is to make a thread about this into the US bug report forum. I’m sure there are already plenty.
I have the exact same bug with Sojourn. Apparently a lot of people have it. Unlocking other heroes seem to have worked for some. Unfortunately for me Sojourn was my last hero to unlock.
