Lack of Deadzone settings on Consoles and Controller Players on PC

As it is right now, the aim assist in unavailable when playing with PC Players, but its not the main issue, since you can get used to it, but lack of the aim deadzone settings is a littly bit to harsh, the distance the aim stick has to travel for it to be considered as moving is to large, compared to the sensetivity the players have to use when using controllers. To have a competitive advantage without aim assist, the Players have to increase the sensitivity almost to the maximum allowed value, if not up to 100% which is also fine for most competitive games with crossplay, but. Without being able to set the deadzone lower than the default value, you have to move the stick A LOT before it starts moving in game, and since the sensitivity is to high, it is exponentially harder to make fine aim adjustments.

So the question is, are deadzone settings coming to ow2, or anything else that would help console players play the game, without switching the crossplay functionality off, and sitting in queues even longer?

THIS. This is such a massive issue, I’ve taken a video of my joystick being able to move MULTIPLE milimeters in each direction before it moves on the screen (Scuf Reflex, works great on other FPS). It makes fine aim nearly impossible. It prevents me from achieving any type of skill increase and overall is holding me back in comp heavily. I don’t understand how this was overlooked and still not being addressed.
