so i have been having some strange lags for almost a week now, mostly affecting character movement and causing some rubberbanding. The latency ingame is still showing a pretty solid ~45 ms during the lags, and it appears to be somewhat random and not constant.
i downloaded PingPlotter and i have run it both on the address shown from pressing ctrl+shift+n ingame and the IP’s given by this article: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/7871
Here are the results from running it (on a bit different times). all images are shown over a time period of 10 minutes:

All of them have packet loss but its clear that the issues are on the “et-0-0-3… …” servers.
is there anything i can do about this? looking at these results the latency goes as high as over 2000 ms from time to time while not showing more than ~50 ms ingame. but im definitely having rubberbanding effects, sometimes to the point i end up walking into walls despite the latency being relatively low.
