The past few months have been crap for me. I have been dc’ed so many times that i have been suspended up 2 hours. I’ve dropped out of diamond. It’s frustrating. I have literally done everything i can to fix this issue on my side. I have had my internet provider come out and check it, nothing wrong which i knew because no other device in the house has a problem, even my pc, just overwatch when i play it.
I have cleaned and cleared the dns, I have blocked all apps from connectivity besides overwatch in my firewall, i have updated all the drivers, i have no background apps running. I have an Ethernet connection as well, buying a brand new cord for it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game again. I have xfinity Comcast as my ISP. I don’t know what else to do on my side, I’m very annoyed and need to know what can be done on your side.

Looking at the description provided in this thread, please add your traceroute and pathping tests (in addition to the MSInfo file previously requested).
Keep in mind that said tests should be done during a problematic moment or immediately after a disconnection.
In addition to this, could you please also follow the remaining troubleshooting steps here?
