LC-208 Overwatch 2 issue

I’m not able to access the game because of an LC-208 Error, an issue that’s had an impact before and still is on a number of players.

I play on the PlayStation, and my Internet connection is fine. I’ve tested other online games, and I’ve still kept in call with my friends over on Discord. The Halloween event began today, and ever since people were allowed back in, trouble kept appearing left, right, and centre.

I’ve tried everything now, and even my friends have said that the message displays when I come online but immediately leave straight afterward, so I am briefly connecting before it’s interrupted and the error appears. I even attempted to relink my battle.net account to my PSN.

Is there anything that can be done ? I have to put up with rubberbanding and now I can’t seem to play the game at all now.

same things been happening blizzard is messing with us at this point the amount of errors ow2 has had since launch is unimaginable

me too I’ve been logged out for nearly 3 days blizzard help. the halloween event is here and i dont want to miss it

I’m having the same problem. We play on PS5 and on my profile I get that Login Error, but on the same console, my partner’s account don’t seem to have that problem.

So it’s probably having an affect at some of us. And Blizzard hasn’t acknowledged the issue at all.

This right here is proof enough that this isn’t our own proboem via connection.

Just like the rubberbanding issue, this is also one major burn on trying to play the game. It isn’t us, it’s the servers.

Blizzard, all the console players ask is for you to look into this because time is ticking from the Halloween event that we’re missing out on, and Competitive too. We need a hotfix asap because you’re losing customers without the customers leaving of their own accord.

I’ve had the same problem and I have tried everything but it comes up with the same thing every time

Same with me not been able to log in since update for Halloween event it’s been 3 days now. Still unable to log in.

Same problem here. Just hoping they will at least fix it soon, been 3 days now it’s getting annoying. Tried everything their guide said to do and none worked.

It’s all fine for me now.

For those that still got this issue on a ps4 or ps5, I found out this works for me.
Download Overwatch on a pc or laptop, login with your blizzard account. Enter a normal game and stay afk till it kicks you out of the game. Then close it and start Overwatch on your PlayStation.
This worked for me, hopefully it will work for you too

My junkerqueen golden got deleted after the latest patch and also my competitive points I hope the fix it soon or return my competitive credits
