If I am playing game and friend sends me an invite to game and I accept it, does it give me a penalty than?
I’ve played 5 quickplays before and i dint leave any of them. Can you please tell me how does this work?

you can leave several qp games before a penalty. what matters is you then finish matches after. i think you need to maintain a completion average of above 50% from your last 20 games. leaving a game to join a friend that has invited you does defiantly count towards leaving tho.
When I am in group and group leader leave the game, will this count as a leave?
The system will check your last 20 games and based on your game time (assumedly) if you leave a certain % of those games you will get a warning and after that receive the penalty. If you join a group and they leave midst game it’ll count for you too. Group leader is responsible for joining queues and leaving games and you accept that fact when you join a group.
i actually dont think that is correct i think leader is the only one that get penalty if they pull out a group. and it is not based on game time they know if the game was finished or if you left. your not going to win like 4 or 5 quick games and get a penalty thats absurd.
