I’ve opened 6 tickets on this issue as I have yet to receive a proper answer for your system’s wrong doing. I’ve played Stadium since it came out and in the meantime I moved to different address with, an admittedly worse connection. Said connection was unstable but alas it caused some disconnects in some games that’s I was promptly able to join. It happened twice where I DC’d in hero pick but naturally I quickly joined up again.
I have since found a fix for the connection problem. However, before then I got disconnected from a winning match right in the last minute or so, which the client wouldn’t let me rejoin and then I saw that I had gotten a Comp and Stadium Suspension which I have not gotten before have had to prior warnings for, or notification of its severity. My issue here is, is that the ban is for an ENTIRE SEASON?? As I said, I have had no prior restriction placed on my account or my ability to join Comp matches. Now my issue is, that according to what I can understand from your own system (and from what your last supporter told me) is that these penalties would INCREASE in severity, not ban you full on first time. Fair, I disconnected and couldn’t get back in, restrict me for 24-48 hours but not all season?!
I guess I want to know, why I received such a severe suspension as a first when your own system and supporters say that the punishments INCREASE if such things continue. I want to play Stadium again and the game is now completely broken without it.
