It’s not competitive. There is nothing to lose. It’s not that disruptive, you’re going to backfill the team anyway. I have played QP games where the whole team leaves one by one because they lost the first round.
It’s normal. People are testing heros, testing builds in stadiums.
Why are people complaining about leavers in QP so much that Blizzard decided to put a ban for leaving???

they also added Map Voting to Quick Play, adding another time wasting hurdle to get into the match
