Leavers in competitive games Overwatch 2

I would like to make a complaint about the issue of leavers in competitive games. Today, in 4 matches, there were more than 1-2 leavers in each game, and it happened right in the middle of the game , that means we were having alot of percentage of winning the match.

Why should we continue losing the same amount of points as if it were a normal match? This is completely unfair! Why don’t you change the system and implement something similar to what Riot does in League of Legends?

For example, while the leaver should get banned from competitive games, the team that had the leaver shouldn’t lose all the points from the match. Instead, they could lose only 50% of the points to make things feel fairer.

Servers are atrocious for EU console lately, so that’s probably why there’s so many leavers
But yeah I’m surprised they haven’t done much about leavers in comp. It’s the main reason why I stay away from the mode.

Like literally anything would be better than what they do about it now (which is nothing)
Like they can’t at least replace the leaver with a bot? Or give the rest of the team a stat boost? Or give the option to invite a friend to the match? Or something like that
