I was under the impression that a comp season is literally a battlepass season, because we’re at a competitive season 11 right now.
Some people have throw away accounts.
It could easily be abused in conjunction with boosting services as well.

It is. Not sure where they go a year from… Assume just a slip.
I like this idea. You could go abit further an initiate a 2min pause to allow them to return before the lobby is closed. There’s no way it can be abused if they implement it properly.
Comp season is a year and doesn’t have anything to do with the battle-pass season.
Highly doubt it, since boosting services tend to use t500 players, sometimes in combination with cheats to get the job done.
Comp seasons are 9 weeks, and there is a new Battlepass per season.
If you’re given a season suspension because of leaving games, it’s a maximum of 9 weeks. Although they did say something about it now overlapping into the next season … But no idea if that’s happened or not.
What you’re thinking of (maybe) is the rank reset. Which has nothing directly to do with seasons.
