I bought the thing I had to buy to get the legendary emote for Lucio, but where is it?

Why would you even want to waste 30 dollars in a emote like that? I’m sorry but i think it really wasn’t worth it.

It should be on your emote list as lucio, in hero gallery.
Make sure you activated the pass on your account, the one that is linked to twitch ofc. If you activated it on a smurf, im afraid you will have to request a refund.

My twitch is connected to my battle.net account and still no emote

You should send a screen cap of your purchase in twitch and your hero gallery open and your battletag then to blizz.

Did you claim your all access rewards?
I had to go on the live stream site, and below the video by the description, in the tab All-access pass there’s a button to claim your rewards.
After clicking it, I didn’t even had to restart the game it was right there when I went back into it.
