This game was designed to be able to be flexible and to be able to switch if you are getting countered or are looking to counter the enemy team. But a lot of times, you just can’t switch because you are not willing to give up your ultimate. For example if your team decides to go dive instead of rein/zarya and you as zarya have ultimate, you can’t do that because that would be a huge waste. You never switch of Zarya when you have grav!
To make this easier I think it would be great if you could keep like at least 30% of your ultimate points when switching.
Example (ultimate points = up):
If you switch from Zarya (1875 up) to Sombra (1250 up), then you would keep 562.5 up.
If you switch from McCree (562.5 up) to Tracer (1125 up), then you would keep 450 up.
If you switch from Ana (1650 up) to Mercy (1950 up), then you keep 495 up.
