Good, then rename the post into something else that doesn’t target the LFG system if it has nothing to do with the LFG system being bad.
I’m not changing it just because you didn’t read it properly, there’s a reason it’s a title and you get to add a post underneath, the title is literally “lfg is good” and you want me to change it so it says LFG is good…
I love how you’ve had a whole argument with someone whilst i was away and everyone feels the need to call me a troll. I’m not trolling, my point (which i stand by) is that we’re given these resources to play the game and people still feel the need to abuse them and be a pain to people

Yes, that is how the world works. It’s not exclusive to video games.
They make a lobby, you join it, you decided to join that lobby. There is nothing someone can do to you from that point that you don’t want, because if you can just leave the lobby before the game.

Sadly, it is the truth but luckily, it’s not the whole truth.
Some people are a pain to other but some just want to have a good time with new people.
Both bad and good people use the LFG feature so it’s a roulette whether you’ll get a good group or a terrible one.
However, you can increase the chance of having a good group by reaching a higher endorsement level.
Technically speaking, players with a high endorsement level are nicer on average so the experience in a high endo-lvl group would be more pleasing.

it’s specifically this community which is the problem, this system has been introduced because so many people were being arsey to others and now people are still misusing it

the pain with this is I like to play arcade the most and you can’t get endorsed for that, I don’t want to end up just playing QP to endorse-farm lol
Then why do you have the “LFG sounds good… on paper” in the title if you’re not complaining about the LFG and just complaining about the people? If you have a complaint about why the LFG sounds good on paper but isn’t in reality, tell us. If it’s “well you might get a bad match sometimes because people” that isn’t a reason to why LFG sounds good on paper but not in reality, it’s just pointing out that the Overwatch community is full of annoying people. Since when, am I right?
Theoretical examples of explaining why the LFG system sounds good on paper but not in reality:
-Someone can do a bug that locks you into a role you didn’t queue for
-Someone can kick you from the game and then cause you a penalty
-Someone can prevent you from exiting a group after a match
Or if you have any suggestions on improving the LFG system, go right ahead.

I’ve had nothing but positive games in QP so far with LFG. Not one person screaming, no one abusing any one else.
OP, I’m surprised why you and the others didn’t just mute the abusive team leader? No logic is staying for the remainder of the game and listening to his nonsense.
Also, why not just create your own LFG group. Very easy.
Oh so that’s the reason why your endo-level was so low.
Since you don’t play quickplay a lot, you don’t get the endorsement level “you deserve” quickly. Endorse farming is something I wouldn’t recomment anyway.
I guess you have to continue playing roulette then. Or you could create your own group.
There won’t be a toxic team leader because you are the team leader then and if a group member starts to get annoying, you can kick him.
Wrathion, why didn’t you make a group then and make it role lock? You had the power to do so.
