5 categories: displace, incapacitate (partial or complete), root, slow, stun.

Count:

  • incapacitate: 5 ( same as OW1)
  • major displace: 33 ( up +1 compared to OW1)
    minor displace: 3 ( up +1 compared to OW1)
    minor displace with quick melee included: 34
  • root: 1 ( down -1 compared to OW1)
  • slow: 5 ( up +2 compared to OW1)
  • stun: 6 ( down -1 compared to OW1)

  • All heroes: quick melee (minor displace) (Torbjorn, Zenyatta excluded).
  • Ana: sleep dart (incapacitate).
  • Ashe: coach gun (major displace), b.o.b. (major displace).
  • Baptiste: none.
  • Bastion: A-36 tactical grenade (major displace).
  • Brigitte: shield bash (major displace), whip shot (major displace).
  • Doomfist: meteor strike (minor displace), rocket punch (stun, major displace).
  • D.va: boosters (major displace), call mech (major displace), self destruct (major displace).
  • Echo: none.
  • Genji: none.
  • Hanzo: none.
  • Junkrat: concussion mine (major displace), frag launcher (major displace), rip tire (major displace), steel trap (slow, incapacitate) (the incapacitate part prevents movement abilities, e.g. blink).
  • Lucio: sound wave (major displace).
  • McCree: none.
  • Mei: blizzard (slow, incapacitate), endothermic blaster spray (slow), ice wall (major displace).
  • Mercy: none.
  • Moira: none.
  • Orisa: energy javelin (major displace, stun), javeling spin (major displace), terra surge (major displace).
  • Pharah: concussive blast (major displace), rocket launcher (major displace).
  • Reaper: none.
  • Reinhardt: charge (stun, major displace), earthshatter (stun), rocket hammer (minor displace).

I have strong opinions about CC in this game. This list is meant to document and keep track of all the CC abilities in the game. Feel free to correct the list in case you see an error or if I left something out.
