I have a decent desktop pc and manage to keep a 60-70 ms ping.
This problem has never happened before,but ever since i got back on this game after a month offline,and updated it for the winter event,every few seconds the game would freeze for half a second.
My ping and fps are still stable while this happens.
Anyone else had this problem?
And if this is a problem with the game/server,blizzard please fix this. it makes the game unplayable.

Let’s start with some troubleshooting for performance issues, to see if we manage to fix these freezes.
Make sure both your operative system and drivers are up to date:
battle.net/support/article/31024
Make sure you deactivate Xbox DVR:
battle.net/support/article/92046
Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/34721
Repair the game:
battle.net/support/article/7655
Close background applications to make sure there’s no other program interfering with the game:
battle.net/support/article/23848
If the issue persists, please create your DxDiag and MSInfo files:
battle.net/support/article/12988

My game is doing the same time, IND jumps but Ping stays the same. Game will freeze for half a second or so.
